Your style is honest. I felt as if you were actually talking to me, personally, as I read your words. And reading the interviews of each fitness trainer, I was so motivated that I got right up after reading the book and did my High Intensity Interval Workout!

Short interval workouts are a new concept to me. Today was workout #5 of this type of training, and I am dedicated to continuing. Your book helped make me conscious of everything that goes with a good exercise program.

I went to work after reading the book, and a patient’s family had given the nurses bags and bags of chocolate as a gift. Every conceivable type of chocolate imaginable was on our table in the nurses lunch room.

The whole table was literally piled up --my colleagues were like little kids in a candy store. Before reading the book, I would have mindlessly eaten several pieces of these delicacies and felt full, bloated and mildly weighted down after eating these.

But the words in the book were fresh in my mind.

I did not want to eat the chocolate. I wasn't feeling deprived, either.

The quality of the information the experts provide is amazing and to the point, no bullsh*t!. The interviews with all or the experts are truly invaluable, like I’ve never seen.

The questions Dan posed and the answers given are so useful if you chose to make this change in your lifestyle. I was the type of person that this book describes. I had every excuse you could think of why I couldn't make time, had to eat fast food and unable to think of realistic goals to achieve. I would not take responsibility of my lifestyle choices.

I would eat fast food at least 3-4 days a week. Now I am down to once a week if I want a treat. Also, I was a machine person at the gym, now I do interval training with free weights in 45 minutes which saves me so much time, thanks to Dan.
